After Action Reviews
After Action Reviews (AARs) are structured reviews to reflect on performance of a recent activity and adapt going forward. AARs have five basic steps:
Evaluate intentions (i.e., project goals, objectives and roles or responsibilities of various teams);
Describe what happened;
Identify what went well and why;
Identify what to improve and how; and
State actionable next steps for improvement.

Agile Methodology
The Hub team uses an Agile methodology to structure monthly development, updates, and improvements to the FEWS NET website, FEWS NET Data Warehouse (FDW), and the FEWS NET Data Explorer (FDE).
