*On May 9, 2019, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) awarded Kimetrica LLC (Kimetrica) the Famine Early Warning System Network Pillar 2: Management of FEWS NET Learning and Data Hub indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract No. 7200AA19D00005.
On June 24, 2019, USAID issued Kimetrica its first Task Order, the Learning and Data Hub, contract No. 7200AA19F00006.Both contracts require a Contract Financial Report due “within 30 calendar days of the three-month periods ending on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31” (see Section F.5.1 of the IDIQ contract and Section F.4 of the Task Order 1 contract). In an email from the IDIQ Contracting Officer’s Representative, Jim Verdin, on July 24, 2020, USAID agreed that the Hub’s first Contract Financial Report would cover June 24 through September 30, 2019, and align thereafter with the specified quarters.This Contract Financial Report covers the period between July 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021.
